Integrations

Pulsair supports connecting multiple social platforms for unified analytics. Follow the steps below for each platform.

Twitter/X

  1. Click on the Twitter/X icon on the Integrations page.
  2. Enter your Twitter API access token in the provided field.
  3. Save to connect your Twitter account.
Permissions: Read tweets, mentions, and analytics. We never post on your behalf.
Imported Data: Tweets, mentions, engagement metrics. Updates every 24h.

Troubleshooting

  • Access token error? Double-check your token and permissions.
  • Not seeing data? Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account.

YouTube

  1. Click Connect next to YouTube on your dashboard.
  2. Authorize Pulsair to access your YouTube analytics.
Permissions: Read-only access to channel analytics. We never post or modify your content.
Imported Data: Views, subscribers, watch time, and more. Updates every 24h.

Troubleshooting

  • OAuth error? Make sure you selected the correct YouTube account.
  • Analytics missing? Your channel must be public and have analytics enabled.

Pinterest

  1. Click Connect next to Pinterest on your dashboard.
  2. Authorize Pulsair to access your boards and pins.
Permissions: Read boards and pins. We never post or modify your content.
Imported Data: Boards, pins, engagement. Updates every 24h.

  • OAuth error? Make sure you granted all requested permissions.
  • Not seeing boards? Your account must be a business account.

TikTok

  1. Click Connect next to TikTok on your dashboard.
  2. Authorize Pulsair to access your TikTok analytics.
Permissions: Read-only access to post analytics. We never post or modify your content.
Imported Data: Posts, likes, comments, shares, views. Updates every 24h.
